SHAMROCKS COACH OPPORTUNITIES
The application process to become a head coach for a Shamrocks team starts in late summer to ensure coaches are in place before tryouts begin in early September.
Head coaches at this level will be interviewed and selected by a committee. Head coaches and assistant coaches at the Shamrocks levels are required to complete courses through the National Coaching Certification Program. Fees for courses/training required by the OBA are reimbursed by SMBA.
There are also opportunities to become an assistant coach, trainer, or manager with the Shamrocks.
