SHAMROCKS COACH OPPORTUNITIES
The application process to become a head coach for a Shamrocks team starts in late summer to ensure coaches are in place before tryouts begin in early September.
Head coaches at this level will be interviewed and selected by a committee. Head coaches and assistant coaches at the Shamrocks levels are required to complete courses through the National Coaching Certification Program. Course fees are reimbursed by the SMBA.
There are also opportunities to become an assistant coach, trainer, or manager with the Shamrocks.
