Development Night

Sudbury Minor Baseball Association is pleased to announce that we have partnered with The Baseball Academy to host Development Nights! Development Nights are FREE and will be held Wednesday evenings (time and location TBD). The program will run for 8 weeks starting in June for following divisions: 5U, 7U, 9U, 11U, and 13U. Development Nights will feature the following, all led by The Baseball Academy: • Organized practice plans • Certified skill development coaches planning and running sessions • High level players assisting coaches • Rainout days avoided with the use of The Baseball Academy facility. SMBA Coaches, on-field assistants, and parents are strongly encouraged to assist the Baseball Academy staff as you will get the opportunity to learn from some of the best development coaches in Sudbury! Although these nights are free for House League Players registered with SMBA for the 2024 season, interested players and volunteers will need to register to participate.

While we are pleased to offer this programming, team participation must be the priority of each player. In order to be eligible for Development Nights, players must attend house league games and practices. The SMBA reserves the right to review player attendance.
